This legal structure ensures that all our resources are dedicated exclusively to our mission, with no distribution of profits or dividends to members. Our governance framework is designed to maximize impact while maintaining rigorous financial discipline and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Income and property are applied solely towards organisational objects; no distribution of profits/dividend to members. All surplus is reinvested in community programs.
Accounts are maintained and audited at least annually by a qualified auditor as per statutory requirements. Financial reports are available for public scrutiny.
In the event of winding up, remaining assets (if any) are transferred only to organisations with similar objects as per applicable law, ensuring continued social benefit.
